I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but this hip ice pack genuinely exceeded my expectations. The straps are good quality, if you wanted to you could use it on other parts of the body so it's quite versatile and I have used them for years with no leaks or issue other than the velcro thinning out after approx 4 years!

I bought the xl im am size 18 the strapping was tighter / shorter than I would of hoped as it was the largest size to fit my hips Other than that its been very good to help with bursitus in hips and thigh just using it against the area sitting . lasts a long time over the recommended 15 to 20 mins of use Easy to use fits in freezer drawer

Brilliant at relieving pain in my op area since my hip replacement. Stays flexible when frozen and I can leave it out between sessions if I want to ice again free 20 mins as advised. Good quality product

Had to get two of these to help with post-operative swelling following my hip replacement. Were a life saver to help with the pain and swelling. Highly recommend Comes with straps so that you can really hold in place. I got two so that once I used one I could use the other straight away

Not sure if it does any good yet. I do know you have to be Houdini to get the straps on.

I found this highly effective at cushioning a sore hip during the night. Once it was on I was not aware of it as a "thing" strapped to me and it didn't interfere with sleep or turning over in the night, but it was just thick enough in the gel department to protect a sore bone. Very adjustable.

Dopo anni di stratagemmi alla MC Giver , con stracci e altri materiali di recupero casalinghi, finalmente ho trovato questa soluzione! Comodo e versatile, nella dimensione ideale per qualsiasi parte del corpo. Ne ho comprate due sia da poter usare contemporaneamente su entrambe le parti del corpo, sia per una questione di spazio. Infatti quella per la schiena è troppo grande per trovare posto nel congelatore ma unendone due vanno benissimo anche per una zona basta come il dorso.

Der Preis erschien mir zwar hoch, aber der Nutzen entspricht dem Preis: Ich habe zwei davon sofort bei Reha-Beginn bestellt, wollte nicht immer ein nasses Bett wegen der Eiswürfel-Beutel haben. Diese Gel-Packs nutzte ich nach der Hüft-OP immer im Wechsel (eines im Gefrierschrank beim Personal, eines bei mir. Die Größe ist gut, die Kälte hält länger an als bei den blauen einfachen Gel-Packs, manchmal habe ich es auch mit den mitgelieferten Gummibändern befestigt. Am besten finde ich, dass die Kälte durch die Absteppung gleichmäßig verteilt ist und das Material sich auch angenehm direkt auf der Haut anfühlt - ähnlich dem der ThermoRest-Isomatten - kein an der Haut klebendes Plastik. Sie haben mir sehr geholfen, danke an den Hersteller 🙂.

Se adapta perfectamente, te la pones y puedes seguir trabajando tranquilamente, aguanta el frío durante más de 30minutos seguro, lo he comprobado personalmente, vamos más que suficiente para cualquier tratamiento médico

Very happy with my purchase. It helps the pain somewhat. I put it in the freezer but when frozen transfer to fridge as if it's too long in freezer it's too hard. I have bought this as I'm going in for a hip replacement and it will help after the op. Also I like the fact that the straps fasten round my waist and leg so can move around with it in place.
