Why there is no filter in the box???

The kettle should come with one filter when bought on its own and another box with 3 extra filters in if you went for that option. If you haven't got a filter in the kettle box then someone is definitely taking them out

Should I take out the filter when I boil water?

No, there's no need to take out the filter for boiling water. Did you press the button on the lid? It has 4 digital bars on it, and once they all disappear, that's the only time you need take it out, and then replace it.

which brita cartridges

Brita, and/or universal water filter cartridges. Some supermarkets sell they're own make which are excellent.

Have used twice and its full of condensation. Not clear as when first bought. Is this correct?

Mine does the same. I don't think it's a problem though. I've had a closer look and am thinking it's just the restriction of the design to let moisture out while boiling, which is a good thing. If you tilt the kettle just to see, the condensation just disappear as it's swept back into the water. Yeah that's fine.
