I was skeptical at first, but decided to try out this adapter and I’m so glad I did. Now I can charge at EVGO stations on top of Tesla stations. The adapter is sturdy and works well! Packaging is excellent as well.

Just having purchased a Tesla, I wanted to make sure I had all available options for charging since this was our first EV. This adapter didn't disappoint. It was a little difficult to find a CCS charger that was functioning so I could test it but eventually I did. It worked fine. Just know that there are a lot of variables when it comes to how much/speed of charge you will get. It's not as cut and dried as charging on a Tesla Supercharger. But it worked fine and gives me that piece of mind that even if I can't find a SC, I can still get a DCFC in a pinch. Just wish it came in a storage case. I had to buy the SEXY one and wasn't happy with the cost.

Using the adapter during to fill in for areas where a supercharger is not available. Seems well built and works well.

Was nervous about buying this since it's pretty much half the price of the Tesla one, but when it showed up I was pleasantly surprised. At least on first impression it seems to be very high quality, was packaged well and seamlessly clicks in and out of both the car and the charging station. Maybe it's not cheap, it's just the Tesla one is overpriced.

After using this charger several times at various charging stations, it has stopped working. I have tried 2 separate charge point charging stations which were both operational. But my model Y would no longer recognize a charge. Disappointed.

Works as advertised! ChargePoint -> Tesla first try 120Kw yay! Save some money over buying the Tesla one.

This CCS adapter will allow you to charge your Tesla at non-Tesla fast charging stations such as Electrify America. Using it is simple: Just plug the CCS plug into this adapter, and then plug the adapter into your car as usual. It includes a nice storage bag so you can toss it in your trunk when not in use.My car is a 2023 Model Y Performance with CCS enabled. Make sure you verify that your car has CCS enabled before buying this adapter. You can view the CCS status from the screen in your car under Software and Additional Information.I tested this adapter at two different Electrify America charging locations. At each location I also charged with the official Tesla CCS adapter, and at both locations my charging speeds were the same whether I was using this adapter or the official one.Note that I could not get anywhere near the highest speeds that the chargers are capable of using either adapter, so that part is likely a function of the car not pre-conditioning the battery on the way to non-Tesla chargers the way it does when you navigate to a Supercharger station.Since this is just slightly less expensive than the official Tesla one you may want to just go with the Tesla one to ensure no issues down the road… but if you want to get CCS charging at a discount then this one will work just as well from my experience. Tesla’s official adapter also does not come with a storage bag but this one does.

I was about to go on a road trip and although the Tesla Supercharger network is superb, I wanted this just in case something unexpected came up. In the end I did not use it that trip, but it is nice to have for the future.I tested it on a CCS Charger close to home and it seemed to work well, so I am confident that it can be of use in the future.My initial concerns about weight pulling down on the socket in the Tesla were laid to rest, everything seems to work well.Photo attached showing the CCS plug plugged through this adaptor. I was at a 50kW charger here.If you are at Disney Springs in Florida, there are some Chargepoint CCS chargers there so you can have fun and charge at the same time :-)

Works great with my Tesla Model 3, have been using on the FLO charger network in small towns that don’t have Tesla superchargers, nice to have another charging option.

The media could not be loaded.  Great customer service. They answered all my questions before i bought it then i was surprised with the fast delivery less than 24 hours. Quality is great and I can't wait to try it and save money with some free chargers in the area. Highly recommend it.
