Wonderful

Short term relief but not long lasting
The initial colony effect is really nice but it’s short lived. So I don’t think these are good quality for the price. They do stay in place fairly well and are easy to use but I personally wouldn’t re purchase.

These are great for migraine and fever They work well for both ailments and the children really like them A regular purchase and a must in the first aid kit

Great for migraine relief and fevers
Absolutely love these. So helpful when I get a migraine as it helps to soothe and relax the area. Great to keep in the home first aid kit as well for fevers. Stays cool for hours. They dry out from the outside in so they edges can be a bit solid after awhile.

Holy grail for migraines!
I am so glad I found these cooling sheets. My 9 years old son is suffering from migraines and this is the only thing that helps him instantly. Easy to use and can be applied within seconds.

Expensive brand and doesn't work that well
I have used these for many years. However, I have not been impressed with them lately. Because the amount of gel is barely there, mostly just an empty strip. I've actually started buying the cheaper versions because they work so much better.

Para las personas que padecemos migraña, estas tiras heladas son maravillosas. Te calman el dolor y te refrescan la frente durante varias horas. Incluso son excelentes para disminuir la fiebre. Valen muchísimo la pena.
