Solid little handheld
This thing is great, if anything it's the joycons that let it down. This has to be straight up and down to work with their format making it less comfortable than a standard controller. But then its a fraction of the price and works with what you already have, so points for that.

Very useful for the switch

Brilliant 🤩
The switch originally came with one standard controller grip and after playing games with my family for many hours I wanted to get another grip. And honestly it is perfect. It allows another player to play with two controllers rather than hurt their hands with a single controller and it feels great.A bit bigger than the original controller grip that came with the Switch but nonetheless great. 👍

Just as good as the official
Bought to pair with the official one you get with the Switch. Can't even tell which one I'm using unless I look at it carefully, dimensions are practically the same, retains the controllers just as well.

A noticeably different quality
We recently got more joycons to go with our switch, so ultimately needed a new grip for easier play. This grip is cheaper than the nintendo version, but it is noticeably different. My major gripe with it is if I push up on the up stick on the left hand side, the controller slips upwards.Partly this is a 'bad design' on the joycons part, there is only a small plastic clip that holds them in place, but this flaw does not exist to the same extent on the nintendo product. It is also happening with the old and new controllers, so it isn't as if the controller itself is worn.If the product had been more expensive, or if the packaging hadn't been completely shredded by the person opening it, I would be considering returning the product for a refund. However, it is cheap enough that it just about survives.
