This is supposed to be good way of helping your liver to repair the damage caused by the excess of alcohol and heavy diet. So, let's hope it helps. I've used it for a month and so far, no good or bad symptoms. Not feeling any different at all. I'm beginning to consider a cheper alternative which would be to stop drinking alcohol (in excess) and eat (a bit) better - might work out cheper and make the real difference long term that a box of pills.

Do not notice dramatic jiont changes whilst using but do notice joints betting more uncomfortable when I run out.
