Great value good quality easy to use & dose exactly what it says ,had a very sore nose inside & out after a recent cold applied cream as directed it relieved soreness in no time

I take a lot of medication and for some reason one of the side effects is a very dry nose. It is extremely uncomfortable and very sore to the point it cracks inside. This product applied with a cotton buds inside each nostril is a life saver. You need to use it daily for the best outcome though.

I liked the cream , it moisturised really well.Only downside was the tube puncturing and cream coming out of lots of holes in the tube

Ever since I had radiotherapy treatment to my head and neck I’ve suffered with dry nasal passages. It can be very annoying and on occasion sore. I saw this and thought I’d give it a try. Mine did have instructions Inside in English although the box was obviously foreign. It says it’s made in Germany but who knows. Some might find it a bit unnerving to use something new and not produced in the uk but based on reviews I decided to try it. It has a funny smell that I find difficult to describe but it is very easy to apply and it does moisturise the nasal passages. You don’t need much and it works for many hours. So that all sounds positive so why won’t I be ordering another. Well after using it a couple of times I started to get really bad sinus headaches. It took me a few days to realise that it was always within ten minutes of applying the gel. So I stopped and the rest of the tube went in the bin. So for me this wasn’t any good.

I work in a -30 work environment and it is now summer so nose is dry/scab/tearing but this works great just use abit on cotton bud a few times a day mainly before bed and in morning 👍🏻

This product is dangerous and damaged the lining of my nose severely. I’m on my second lot of antibiotics to fight the infection it left me with. The instructions are in a foreign language and I suspect it is not government passed to be sold in the UK.

Easy to apply, just wanted something to lubricate the nose as it's sore, of course when you apply said cream then you get the feeling you need to blow your nose - making the nose painful again

This product really helps with dryness and the soreness. You can faintly smell the Lemongrass which contains the healing properties. Works better than the steroid spray from GP
