Good Value
The item itself is great quality - very easy to use, cleans it very quickly and effectively (My machine in particular was a self-cleaning one which, when used in conjunction with this product, is excellent). One clean uses around 1/4th of the product - and at around 450 mls per bottle, it is a great size and equally great value for money

Keeps the ice machine clean but I've had to make up my own ratios
Because this product is from America the instructions for the ratios I had to convert and did not seem correct. If one gallon is around 4.5 liters and 4 oz is around 118 milliliters .... that is 26ml of cleaning fluid per 1000ml of water... My measuring jugs don't measure that's small... And My ice machine only holds a litre and a half of water in this reservoir. The labels says it's enough for four uses... At this rate I'll be using it for several years so works out a great value

Works Great
Used this to clean our Andrew James ice maker. Used 2 cap fulls started the ice machine up, we ran a couple of cycles. It's suprising how dirty the machine was, but this worked a treat

Why did you choose this product over others?: Our ice machine had some mould of some sort in it... this cleaned it all out. Really effective product.

It was a quick, easy process. It cleaned up the build up that had started where extra water drains with zero help from me. Just the flow fixed it. I had tried wiping it with a cloth before and couldn't get it cleaned off, then it made me concerned about the rest of the machine. I do not worry anymore.
