Great for keeping gout at bay.
I buy these regularly for my husband who suffered with terrible gout. These tablets do help keep it under control without the need for prescription drugs. Though I am not in any way insinuating anyone taking drugs for gout should stop them and buy these. What works for one, may not work for others. He still gets the odd attack but not as bad as he used to. They are also good for other things. My only beef is they are a tad expensive to the others I used to buy on here (which are no longer being sold)' These last a month, the previous ones lasted 3 months (180) for an extra few pounds. I would not call these great value for money compared to my previous choice but they do the job.

Seem to do as advertised.
I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THEM. I AM saying try them if you have no issues with the ingredients, see if they work for you, they have some benefit for me, not certain what though and no ill effects. Arthritis including gout: pretty good. Hay Fever: I rely on concentrated nettle root and nettle tea, also willow extract instead of aspirin. Good brand, I buy directly from amazon. Tablets easy to swallow, no discernible taste, no aftertaste. Flush down with lots of water.

Fab
Brilliant product Not only does it help with aches and pains, but also helps clear my skin. I used to have to take heartburn products daily, I no longer need to since I have been using these. A fab all round product

I would like to hug the inventor of this compound,
I hardly ever write reviews but this product deserves it. Incredible is all I can say. I get gout once every two or three years or so and I used another herbal product which was very effective but seems to have ceased to exist. I felt an attack coming on but foolishly hoped it was going to go away. It didn't and within 48 hours my toes and half of my foot were burning red and each step I took was agony. Getting into shoes was simply a hopeless ambition. I ordered these and as I'm a Prime member they arrived the next day, at around 3.00 pm. The pain had reached such levels that a light draft across my foot would hurt. I immediately took two...then another one. I started to feel the difference within a couple of hours. That may sound ridiculous but it's true. And by 10.00 pm I was able to walk the 50 meters to and from my local to have a pint. The next day (today) I'd say I was 80% back to normal. Truly miraculous.

No discernible benefits
The primary purpose for this purchase was pain relief from a bout of gout. I had watched many videos and read many blogs and they all pointed towards Celery and cherries being nature's answer to this most painful of afflictions. So I bought these along with a few other items to help naturally lower the inflammation and pain. I can safely say that as an acute treatment they are ineffective, made no difference at all But I wouldn't give them one star because maybe these are more aimed at prevention in the long term. So if you take them as a food supplement, maybe they will help prevent gout? I didn't have any positive results from any of it so I can't say whether that will be the case.. I didn't feel any worse for taking them anyway

Seems to help.
It can be hard to tell how effective various gout treatments are because once you feel an attack coming on you tend to take various steps to help. That said, it did seem to help clear the flare up quite quickly and they don't smell or taste funny and are reasonably priced.
