Made such a difference
I've been suffering with computer headaches for a number of weeks and these have solved the problem. Much better quality than a pair I bought previously and very much worth the money.I sometimes find focusing difficult when I'm switching between paper-based work and computer work, so I tend to find it easier to take them off when I change the work type. You can see a slight blue reflection when you look at the glasses but it's not noticeable as a wearer.
