What is the difference between digital zoom and optical zoom?

This ptz camera support digital zoom, when you zoom in/out, the camera image will blur, but the image of optical zoom camera still clearly.

Go to live view interface on the App--click setup icon--motion detection alert--turn on motion tracking option.

Why the camera can't connecting to wifi?

PTZ camera not support 5Ghz WIFI, if your camera is 2.4G, please reset the camera, connect the camera to your router via network cable.

Does the camera need a power adapter? or using solar panel?

Yes, it not battery camera, must be connecting the camera with power adapter.

How to make the camera work with Alexa or Blue Iris?
