I have bought one before and just couldn't wear it since that make me really scratchy. I thought I was allergic to the material and decided to order this one.Perfect! It is really comfortable and keep you out of cold wind in the morning. It is very easy to put in the pocket in on the way back since it very small when folded and very light weight too.

This is manufactured out of very thin material (not silk, I’m pretty sure to say) but is well sewn and fits me nicely.,.. I wear a large in Shark helmet.It does make getting the helmet on and off much easier, gentle on my ears!

Have used this in really cold weather on my motorcycle and it has added a really good extra layer, after a while you will forget you have it on

Light weight, great for summer or if I feel like riding with something light over my face. Helps keep earbuds in place when putting on my helmet. I’ve worn my old one for years, just ordered a replacement after the old one has just lost shape and warn out. Simple, good quality product. Fully recommend.

Promt deliverly and nice comfortable fit but still feel the elements out there on colder days. Seems to fair better than the gloves though. I will probably go for a more thermal based product next time. It does keep your helmet fresh and free from excess sweat so i suppose it is useful in that respect.

I have ordered this product in hope of keeping me nicely warm while I explore the beautiful sceneries of the UK.Ooooh boy. I have never been so long.When it arrived I was happy as a child who just got his second piece of cake. I tried it on I realized I am sleek as a ninja when wearing it! I loved every part of it. I was a cozy ninja. I cannot ask for more.Then decided to become a motorcyclist ninja. Not such a good idea. In town wooshing through houses, it was fine.But outside the town it was just clearly too cold.If you want a warm balaclava for motorcycling, don't buy this product.

Weellll now then. Best ignore my original review below. First impressions aren’t always correct.I’ve just worn this on my first long ride test of it and I have to say it works. No itching. Put my helmet on without the balaclava and itching withing 5 minutes.Upgraded score from ** to ****.Still expensive for one balaclava but it does the job.I’m dubious about how pure Silk this balaclava actually is? Would a real silk balaclava have a nylon label in it? Would a real silk balaclava make my hair go static? I doubt it.For £16 I thought I was getting four of these but there’s only one.I think my two stars are generous.

I bought this item to wear under my motorbike helmet.It’s an excellent piece of kit and allows your helmet to slide over this without you catching your ears or your hair.It also keeps the inside of your helmet cleaner longer.It also covers your cheeks so if your riding with your visor up it takes the sting out of the bugs that hit your face.
