Good product, Heating Quickly

Yesterday, I have received V-Guard VKM12 1.2 Litre Multipurpose Electric Kettle from Amazon in working condition. The product is very easy to setup. Till now I have used two to three times for boiling water, making tea and that serve my purpose. I hope the product will last long.

On the first day we got the defected product the product is getting auto off when it's on Max and it is not working on other temperature only working on 100 only

The look of the Kettle is good. Typical V-guard look. The water took sometime to boil in the first heat. I felt that only one half of the kettle was heating up at the start but then it should not cause any problem. The feature to increase or decrease the temperature is really useful. It is made from stainless steel and should rust for many years. The wide body gives ease of cleaning. Although it takes a great amount of time to boil as compared to the nornal 1500W Kettle. You van actually carry it when travelling also.

Because of the reason of brand product, I kept lot of expectations on the product, even it is a simpler product, but from a leading brand I had expected the quality and simplicity of usage when compared to one of the earlier non brand product that I used, but this item doesn't meet my expectations properly. Mainly the design is not feel so good, due to little harder to clean up the thing. The cord and the base of the kettle are joined and is separate from the body, and so these whole things needs to keep together whenever we needs to carry it whith us. The boiling tray privided with the item is only for egg boiling, and boiling other things like vegetables and fruits are not at all possible due to lack of suitable tray. And also the quality of the body is also seems average. But instead of these issues, the product is good to make tea, noodles etc. So overall, it has an average rating that I gave based on design, usage, and quality.

Totally worth the price, nice built quality, easy to cook and wash given the broad mouth. Temperature control is not so useful. Cannot heat up oil but otherwise nice for boiling and steaming. Portable as well.
