Last time I drenched my plant with anything containing neem oil, fungus was growing all over the soil. Has anyone had any problems with the product?

This is common with neem on soil. I add the tiniest pinch of potassium bicarbonate to my neem mix (potassium, not sodium!), and this prevents mould growth most of the time. If it doesn't, you can mix a bit of potassium bicarb with water and spray this cautiously on to any mould, it will kill it the mould instantly. But be careful as some plants can't tolerate the alkalinity.

I’ve been told you can use dish soap to kill wasps, will this soap to the same? I’m looking for a plant friendly soap.

I’ve never used dish soap and this I’ve only ever used as a carrier for Neem Oil. This is classed as Bee friendly.

Does this kill black fly and not harm plants

Doesn't harm plants according to the info on the bottle (hasn't hurt mine). The soap suffocates critters and their eggs, including blackfly. Most effective when mixed with neem oil. Soap for this job needs to be pure and gentle so don't substitute with washing up liquid!

Can this and Neem oil be used on orange trees? And when do I use it on roses please?

Can be mixed with neem oil and you can apply anytime, to any plant or ground or soil, where you wish to clean and dissuade population by insects with sticky habits.
