Waste of money
This product is a very good product when you don’t get a container of dust The product is normally white, chunky squares with my cats love, normally buy it in one of the big supermarkets. It’s very expensive at £3.60 tube How to stop buying this product, however, because you had more dust than product what was in the offcuts? The store manager even commented how about the product was he weighed it as well using his fruit machine weight machine So for the past couple of months, I’ve been find a big container which normally is very good no dust good product The product has gone up in price recently, however, the product snag on low quality, the latest container loads of dust not much of product. It’s a shame who is manufacture does not care. I’ve contacted before they suspend £25 at least a week on individual tubes. They not care about their customers. Not looking for refunds just let people know. Look out for how much does quantity you get it from this product maybe if not people complain they may improve the product

MY CATS HATE IT
It was the favorite treat for both of my cats. It’s quite weird that the latest delivered subscribed product is somehow different from all the previous ones - it’s more crispy like it’s been fried and with a smell of wood. Both of my babies Spit it out after eating a piece. It’s not the problem with BBD as it shows 2026 at the bottom of the package. As it’s out of return/refund window, it seems the whole box might have to be wasted. Is there any chance that this seller can see this review and do some improvements to make it as tasty as before? Kinda disappointed with the quality so I recommend not purchasing it.

Recent batch bad quality/ noticeably different
We’ve been ordering these on repeat for a really long time and our cats usually love them, but like other reviewers who ordered around the same time as we did the most recent batch are really bad quality/noticably different. Either the product has been changed or there is something wrong with the batch currently being sent out. These used to feel like high quality dried breast meat but both tubs we ordered this time felt the pieces seemed extra dry and powdery- and our cats refuse to eat them. Really sad as they used to be great but something seems really off and disappointed that we aren’t able to get a replacement or a refund.

Last couple of orders not worth the money ....:0(
SEE UPDATED REVIEW ON THRIVE TREATS BELOW .................My 3 cats go potty for these chicken treats and the fish ones ... not so keen on the other flavours so just buy these on a regular basis. Also sprinkled on food for my older lady who turns up her nose at most things from fresh cooked fish to many and various dry and wet foods, these work a treat as she is maintaining her weight now and has a few after her meds!!! Whilst they are not the cheapest 'treats' these are far better than usual ones as they are a much healthier option so will continue to buy them. Am now also buying the tinned thrive food which again is not the cheapest on the market but with no nasty additives in it my cats all seem to be more energetic! Worth the extra pennies. have downgraded my 5 star glowing review for chicken and fish thrive treats because the last two orders have been disgusting ... so much so neither of my cats would eat them. Both the fish and the chicken treats were so hard not the usual soft type, and the fish ones smelt gross. Not sure if I am going to risk buying these for a while ... they are not cheap and I have just thrown away a good few pounds in the bin. Perhaps someone from the company would like to reply to this review?????

Inconsistent quality - inedible
I regularly ordered these (chicken) - my cat loves them and usually they're fluffy and light. Then an order arrived where the contents were like pellets (hard and discoloured) and my cat couldn't; eat them. Sent them back (refunded), ordered more and they were the usual high quality (large, fluffy, light pieces). Ordered again and unfortunately they were hard, discoloured and this time smelt musty and off. It's put me off buying from this supplier as either their production or storage is an issue and I'm wondering if several suppliers are used and some better than others. The product should be big fluffy pieces of treats not small, discoloured (yellow/brown) hardened pieces like pellets. Anyway, unsure where else to buy from - any recommendations?

What's gone wrong?
We've used these for years as treats for training and just for fun. Our little furball knows that these follow a good scratch on her post and, as a result, not once has she ever scratched the furniture, and she would wolf them down, cleaning the dish. But, lately, the pieces have changed from light, fluffy, crumbly chicken pieces to hard, brown, dangerously sharp, unbreakable lumps. Even we can't snap some of them so our poor puss was sitting with her shoulders slumped, thinking that we were withholding her rewards and giving her something horrible, instead. Her sad eyes were heartbreaking so we persisted, thinking that it was a one off, and bought eight more tins from different sources and every one was awful. So, never again. Fortunately, following someone else's poor review for these, we got a hint that Cosma Snackies were similar and they are. Thank goodness. Our little mog threw herself at the dish and gobbled down two huge plates of them. Disaster averted and she unpacked her bags and decided to stay with us. Phew.

Used to be good
My cats ADORE these. But in the last few months I’ve switched to ordering direct from Thrive to no avail. The quality that used to be so consistent is now an appalling bit of guesswork for a very expensive product. It’s been horrendous, I’ve wasted more than £90 buying tins in the last 4 months that my cats just won’t touch, trying to sift out the ‘good bits’ doesn’t help at all and I’ve all but given up. I wish the canisters at least had view windows so you could see if the product inside had dried too far or turned yellow or something before purchasing; I know it wouldn’t help online shopping but at least you might still be able to buy the product in store…this is no longer a gamble I can afford.

In meiner Packung waren fast alle Stücke in Takt.
