better to buy the oki data brand
these ribbons did not work at all. to change one ribbon, I had to use 4. I think the dial is stuck on them and it keeps the ribbon from moving.

Work like a charm
Works perfectly with our OKI 720. No current issues. I reccommend this product and will definitely reorder in the future.

these are for Okidata 320 not 420
Received on 3/4/13. the ribbons wert not as pictured and will not work in Okidata 420.they do not have the raised square on the bottom.
