Ordered one of these and had an issue with the way it displayed the gas flow. Contacted customer service at Yeswelder and they actually called me back within the same day! The rep was very easy to deal with and they just asked for a couple of videos of the product problem as it was a "new" type of issue to them. I did the videos and received an e-mail two days later stating my new parts were on their way. Two days after that I had a brand new set of gauges. Very impressed with the service and commitment to the product. I'm still not entirely happy with the sensitivity of the adjustment knobs but overall this is definitely a 5 out of 5 purchase especially when you consider the economical price of this meter. I would purchase other welding products from Yeswelder. Mark.

Deformed thread which wouldn't screw into the gas bottle. Luckily I had spares to swap it as couldn't wait for a replacement. Won't be buying another of these.

I had a little bit of a hard time getting it to seat with the seat in the tank! Yeswelder products are all top quality.
