Quick fix for a great sharpener. Love them

Es la que utilizo más a menudo después de la de grano mas fino. Esta recupera el filo cuándo ya se nota que no corta como debería, esta es abrasiva y elimina material del filo, por eso yo la uso con precaución y solo hasta recuperar ese afilado para terminar con la de grano más fino. Raramente la paso más de tres veces por cada lado del filo para obtener buenos resultados. Es cara pero dura mucho tiempo siendo efectiva.
