When you laminate an A4 sheet, and then cut the sheet into smaller pieces, does the laminate still stick or is it just stuck on the edges?

The laminating pouches have some sort of adhesive on each of the faces in contact with the page to be laminated. Consequently if you cut the laminated sheet into many pieces the transparent lamination sheets will remain fixed to the paper, but the cut edges will be liable to water penetration and so will not be as permanent as a fully laminated sheet where the transparent edges have also been stuck together.

My laminator has jammed with the paper inside and i am unable to get it out i have tried pulling it out but it will not budge bought it 6 months ago

theres a little lever at the back for when this happens to relieve the paper. Slide the lever and pull the paper.

is the laminated paper stiff or still flexible at some degree?

Depends on what you would call flexible, the laminated page is not totally rigid and it remains pliable depending on how thick the laminating pockets are I use 150 micron ( 2 x 75 ) this suits most purposes for me but you can get thicker or thinner depending on needs hope this helps Colin

what is the maximum thickness of paper. Will it laminate glossy and matte photopaper

Dont know the actual weight but i have laminated many photos which i have printed off on Kodak printing paper, glossy and matte.. I have not found anything that this litle thing cant handle yet.
