Works well in only one position
Quick delivery and adequately packaged. The scissors are held secure by a velcro strap. Unfortunately the belt loops are not fully closed but use two snap fasteners which aren't tight enough. As a result, I can only wear the pouch centrally on my back; if I put it at the sides or front, and then sit or bend over, the force from bending will open the fasteners and the pouch will come loose. A third, fully closed belt loop is present but at a 90 degree angle to the rest, so that the scissors then hang vertically - exactly what I did not want.

Tonight is the fifth shift that I have utilised this product and unfortunately it is no longer fit for purpose. The material itself is great; hard wearing, waterproof and comfortable, yet my main issue since day one has lied soley with the fastenings and attachments. The poppers themselves are not too tight. Several times a shift I have found myself attempting to reattach the buttons because the entire holder has unclasped and my tough cuts are aiming towards the floor. The velcro strip is of poor quality and is no longer velcro, but merely frayed bits of string.If you're wanting something discreet to keep your scissors and torch in your bag - go for it. If you're wanting something to use frequently and have it attached to you, look elsewhere unless you'd like to lose your equipment.

Cordura Scissor Pouch and Torch Belt Pouch.
Tough, Durable, Cheap and does the job. Why pay a fortune when this does what it says on the tin!!Tried a couple of leather ones and the belt loop wore out after a while and stitching came undone on the sides. These are more durable.

Ok...
Ok, ish. Does the job, the Velcro has worn very quickly for me, and the poppers are coming away too easily. But it holds my scissors and a pen torch, so can't moan too much.
