i have lost 4 st in weight will this help me tone up

I find my stomach muscles get a great workout after the 30min DVD. I can definitely feel a difference. Use it along side something like running or biking as well

Im the same. I wouldnt say its helped loose weight but it has strengthened my lower tummy and back.I had to modify the leg brace to not cut into my calfs

Yes is good for all ages, plus very light so store it in my bedroom and put it in living room to work out. When you start just take it easy and build up. Use cd to see what is better for you. This is only for upper body exercise as there is effectively nothing for legs. However, if you mean shoulders etc as opposed to abs, then yes as long as you are creative as to how you use it. It is not a machine with lots of different exercise parts, it has only a few parts, it's up to you how you sit / lie / stand when you use it to target the relevant parts of the body
