No effect or benefit for night time nocturia.

I've been taking this for a few years now. Used to suffer from UTIs and associated problems but not any more. This is an excellent supplement for men's health and I recommend them to everyone.

Started taking these as all of a sudden my scalp started itching and I began experiencing huge breakouts of acne only on my chin. These worked for a few weeks and then I had to couple them with Nettle tablets to really tackle the problem. I now take them everyday along with nettle tablets, vitamin c and e and my skin and scalp are back to normal! Don't waste your money on the expensive variations - this is all you need. Great product.

On the cover it clearly states 500 mg Saw Palmetto tablets. These are chalk tablets with at most 50mg of Saw Palmetto. Completely useless. I would like a full refund please for misselling this product.

Tablets do seem to help with prostate care and urine urgency.

Have ordered several packets of these over time. They seem to work nicely and are great value. Packaging is great as they fit through the letterbox.

I found the tablets difficult to swallow - they are porous and stick to your tongue!I also did not find the product as effective in treating my symptoms as other brands

After reading reviews where people said it helped with hair loss in women as well as men because it naturally blocks DHT a bi product of testosterone that get into the hair follicles, and can cause hair loss in women who have gone through the menopause, I decided to give it a go. Evidently testosterone increases after the menopause and so lots of women experience thinning hair. I also had Covid and noticed my hair became increasingly dry and I was losing a lot of hair when I brushed it or washed it. I tried this hoping it might help a bit and was happily surprised at how well it did work. Gradually over four weeks it started to reduce the hair loss, and now after taking them for three months I have virtually no hair loss other than a few small strands when I brush or use conditioner. As far as I’m concerned it’s been a life saver for me, there is nothing more depressing than seeing your hair get thinner and thinner. I think it may even help men who have thinning hair, but probably not if you’ve already gone bald, worth a try if you’ve just started to lose hair though. I also take silica for healthy hair and nails and collagen for my skin, as my hair is still dry and my nails are weak, but the collagen helps hair grow quicker and improves skin texture. Too early to say if the silica has helped as I’ve only been taking them for three weeks but will carry on as it can take a few months to work.I take two saw palmetto every day, one would probably work but I think it would take longer to see any difference. Would recommend these tablets to anyone experiencing new hair loss. Can’t comment on the prostate improvement though!Moved to these from British Supplements as although they helped a bit and don’t contain any additives the dose is smaller and they are a lot more expensive. Still good though, so if you want tablets completely free of anything nasty tries these. For me the dosage with Lindens has helped much more and the price is very reasonable.
