Thought my search was over
Been looking for a good size sinking pellet for ages for my large goldfish as the one I was using was discontinued. Although they are meant for Cichlids I thought I'd give em a go. They were spot on but had to soak em before as they were too hard for my fish took em ages to eat but after soaking they really did enjoy and they did indeed sink amazing I thought but after a few days they just ignored em so again I'm searching .....

Fish love them
Great quality always and the fish love them. Mess the water up a little but not as bad as some. Great for larger cichlids.

I have a blind cichlid and she loves these!
I bought these specifically for my older Malawi Cichlid who is now blind or at least almost blind. She can struggle with the flakes because she doesn't see them so I give her sinking pellets which work well for her. I wanted her to have a variety rather than the same food all the time so got her these - she loves them! They are quite big (she is a big fish) and take a while to dissolve so she can feel them in the gravel. The other fish (Cichlids, Firemouths, Tiger Barbs, Green Barbs, Loaches, Plekos and Columbian Red Fins) are all keen on them too so win win! A nice big packet of decent fish food and because the pellets are big, it will last a while even for my greedy lot! I highly recommend!

Hikari food is probably the best aquarium fish And pond food available worldwide, Obviously I’m biased having used it for over 30 years and the rest
