Its really helpful i would suggest as a theoretical framework

Project managers never have to deal with one single project at a time. This practical guide is packed full of information and real-life anecdotes to help you get it all done. I found the quick start guide at the beginning of the book particularly helpful to find the answers and advice I need right now.

Elizabeth highlights what so many project managers discover when they leave the corporate world-our project management education and experience focuses on managing one large project, but that isn’t necessarily the reality when working with smaller businesses or when working as an independent project manager. Elizabeth’s book provides a framework that works taking into account the role of other people in the overall project’s success. Her framework as well as suggestions enable the project manager to position themselves so that they don’t become frustrated or burnt out.

It is a five-concept framework to balance priorities, manage expectations, and increase productivity as a project manager or program manager. The book offers easy-to-apply practical advice to manage your workload. The framework can also be done in a group for accountability or individually. There are so many more gems in this book. I encourage you to read it for yourself.
