I have been taking this supplement for a little over a week now and I have noticed a significant change to my energy level. I take one of these in the morning with a glass of water and I feel completely energized after about a half hour! So a little backstory, I have been reliant on coffee every day. I am a full time graduate student and have a lot of morning classes. Even with coffee I was still having trouble staying awake and even during long study hours I would feel completely run down on most days. After taking these pills I feel great. I feel that I have energy and can go above and beyond. Not only have they affected my energy levels but I feel happier than usual. Almost as though I am less stressed overall even though I have the same amount of stress in my life. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone who is looking to feel more energized and possibly less stressed.

Bought this product countless times. It not only helps to manage my constant stress but also all the other effects that stress causes me like swelling, spasms, over eating, insomnia, headaches, mood changes, psoriasis and over sensibility. Just one pill a day makes the magic happen. I used to work at a health store and I sold these on a daily basis. When this brand was over, I sold the other brands too. Rhodiola is like no other adaptogen. This specific one lasts 2 months and its potency is standardized (high concentration of phytochemical ingredient).

If you are looking for RhodioLife, as is shown in the photo (a patented form of rhodiola), then that is not what you will receive from iHerb. I specifically wanted the patented form because of the careful attention paid to purity and potency. Maybe Solgar no longer manufacturers that, but then iHerb needs to change their Amazon photo to reflect that. What I received looked very different and said nowhere on the label that it was RhodioLife. That would be a bragging point.

I notice my energy is up up up... Which is good, because I am an avid gym goer that needs lots of energy. My mood is much better also. I'd rather take this than prescription pills. This herb has a lot of benefits... You can do a google search on it. Great product if you are stressed out in this modern world!

I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia over 30 years ago. The older I get the harder it is to manage. This past summer my blood sugar would drop so low in the afternoon that I was practically catatonic. I also noticed that if I forget to take it after lunch I crash and burn. This supplement has been a lifesaver for me. I can not imagine my afternoon commute if I had not found this supplement. I am now totally coherent in the afternoon. I have a steady, slow burning energy in the afternoon where I once only had disabling lethargy. I actually sleep better at night as an added benefit. Taking this supplement is not the same as trying a high energy drink or added caffeine. Taking this supplement is exactly what I hoped it would be ~ it is like a mental bridge that takes me safely through the afternoon where I am now high above the old afternoon sugar low. I highly recommend this supplement by Solgar to anyone who suffers from hypoglycemia or suffers from severe afternoon burn-out!

Researched for depression. Helps me, when I take it and I notice when I don't. Has anti-depressent qualities for me. Cry less but still cry. Like this formula because it's the formulation that the clinical trials were done in. And I do get benefits. Not total symptom relief but enough to justify spending the money and I would recommend to anyone, but advice to do your own research,
