Power Health 30ml Comfrey Arnica Witch Hazel Balm

I bought this cream as part of a package with a bottle of comfrey oil & small tub of comfrey cream after suffering with sore joints I started looking in to the original knitbone remedy after remembering my grandfather used it a lot, when we was kids. An when shin splints occurred after a I started running I thought I'd give it ago! As I needed something to help soothe the pain I was getting in my calfs and shins after each run, I hate taking conventional medicines/chemicals which has no long term relief anyway, so this was a great alternative to try. An to my amazement it has helped!!! It is working to help soothe an heal the swollen or painful areas with continued use. I use all in the package I received. I use the oil at night and the cream in the morning and during the day if needed! I'm now back running again and use this remedy after each run. So for me I will be buying this again and if your looking for a traditional old remedy for sore swollen stiff joints & muscles, spains and breaks without any of the conventional chemical Anti-inflammatory medicine that the gps prescribe today then try this. You may just be amazed by it like I was! And for less than a prescription cost it is certainly worth ago! Would definitely recommend and I for one will be stocking up on this remedy!

After a fall last week which damaged my coccyx (tail bone) the pain was horrendous. Even two cocodymol 4 x a day didn't make it much easier. I remembered my Grandmother using witch hazel on my bruises when I was young and I used comfrey for family sports injuries and Arnica for husband's bad ankle.....I had a pot of this combined balm I used, again, for husband so in desperation I tried it. It didn't remove the pain completely but it certainly was a balm. It made the pain easier to cope with. I am on warfarin so unable to use anti inflamatories such as Ibuprofin and I am not one for alternative medicines normally, so I was surprised how effective this balm is. I am ordering another pot as this injury is likely going to take some time to heal.

The cream smell nice and easy to use. I honestly don't know if it works or not. I finished the cream and felt no difference. I was using it on my foot following a surgery 4 months ago. I needed it to help with the swelling and pain but I felt no difference.

Good thickness and works well

I have tried many products to help with severe chilblain blisters and damaged skin mainly on my hands . This small tub of perfume free cream has actually stopped the worst of the pain and burning,once my hands have started to blister. Instead of areas re cracking open the skin is intact. I have never recommended anything before ,but this cream is really worth a try .
