Superb! I’ve had neck and lumbar surgery in the past, and this lumbar pillow is a godsend! We just bought a new RV, and the seats are not comfortable, so I bought this pillow, hoping it would help my back. That is an understatement! I use it in the passenger seat, in our leather recliners, and at the dining table. It is my new best friend! Just the right amount of cushion and support. I highly recommend!! High-quality, comfortable, support, just the right amount of thickness!

satisfactory product. Cushion is fine (comfort, retaining shape etc) but the stretchy belts are a bit loose and limp. I need to adjust the cushion position, constantly. If the belts were wider and *tighter* they would have made it a lot better. Currently, even in the shortest length setting, it is too loose and the cushion rides up and down the chair (dinner chair) and needs frequent adjustment. This is a significant design flaw.

My husband has two of these pillows because he likes them so much and they work so well for him. He keeps one in his chair and one in the driver's seat of the car. His chair is extra large so the straps don't really work there, but they work perfectly in the car. The straps are adjustable so that you can make them fit perfectly. My husband says it offers perfect lumbar support and even takes the one from the car into any appointment he has to go to. They really help relieve his back pain while sitting and while driving. He did not find them to firm or too soft. They are the Goldilocks pick of lumbar pillows...just the right amount of firmness!

I got this to use when I work nursery and have to sit holding babies, on a hard rocking chair. The straps work well since they keep it from sliding off the side. It’s comfortable but I wish that it had a little more support on the middle (why 4 stars instead of 5). It helps to keep my back pain from getting any worse on these days. I thought the price was good so I’m glad I bought it. If I ever stop working nursery them I will bring it home and use it to make my van more comfortable on road trips.

I bought this to replace a similar item that was worn out after many years. The cover had holes and the foam was coming apart. This support is more effective than my last, it feels very well shaped for my desired result. I also appreciate the buckled mounting straps and the removable, washable cover. Definitely a five star purchase!!!
