Polar A300 Activity Tracker

Purchased for use in indoor football and basketball to measure HR, and needed a waterproof watch for swimming.Functionality is perfect and the android app is clear and easy to use.Watch is comfortable, display is a bit 1980s but the watch is very easy to use for activities. Synch to hrm quickly and to the app. Had suunto watches before, constantly let down by connectivity, this has been great.Battery life is excellent, although I do have mobile notifications turned off.

Excellent product for gym users who want an accurate measure of heart-rate when training and an idea of how inactive they aren't. The associated phone app gives you a record of of what you have done and enables analysis of your gym sessions. A very able bit of kit with excellent battery life and useful watch functions and I love the chunky look. Only slight quibble is why do you need to have location enabled on your smartphone to transfer data and you also need to have a mobile signal. These are minor niggles though - this was a bargain. The only time it has been off my wrist is for the 3 weekly recharge. After the disappointment of the Polar RS300 this is a triumph.

Polar never fails the most accurate heart rate monitoring 5 stars....been a customer for over 7 years and keep upgrading to better models and they get better and better....this is definitely a good model for someone just wanting count calories and steps accurately and it syncs with your fone and other fitness apps....Only let down was i could not use it for swimming so I upgraded to the A360....

Absolutely delighted with this watch! I wear it 24/7 and only remove when I shower - though it is waterproof. Battery life is very good - just requires a quick charge by plugging into a PC once every 3-4 weeks. I primarily use it for monitoring my activity on a stationary bike. The sleep activity is interesting. I really can't think of anything negative about it - could maybe be a little slimmer so it fits under long sleeved tops easier but overall size is fine on my wrist. My only niggle is with the Polar app that was recently updated and removed the option to record weight - actually very annoyed at that!

Lovely fitness tracker. I got mine with the HR monitor chest strap, I think its pretty pointless without this.HR monitor works great, its comfortable, easy to use, syncs up with my fitness pal food tracker as well and is clear ,to see the face.I know some people don't like its size, but i like it, it looks nice on. I got white but you can get other colour straps from ebay quite cheap.Had it for about 2 months and no problems.

bought this product over half a year ago, VERY STRONG ! USB plug charging - so one doesn't need an extra gadget for charging - any USB device like laptop, PC, phone charger can charge your Polar A300. I love the product, despite black/ white screen it's very cute, large digits, back-light helps in darkness. Battery holds very well - over 4 days. Notifications (SMS, email, social media .. ) all works fine. Alarms vibrator is very cute, wakes your up gently. There is one thing missing though - a time stopper though. Overall I love product, use it everyday. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a reliable, intuitive menu fitness tracker with a great App supporting it. THAN YOU Polar !

Best activity tracker.Works perfectly. I would say I am quite active, working out 5-6 times a week and the battery last 2 weeks while I am syncing it with my phone every day. Compare it with other watches(1-2 day battery life, often 6-8 hours only!!!) this is the best ever.Who doesn't need a GPS for run I would highly recommend this watch as it just does its job very well. H7 rate sensor is very comfy but I started to carry extra batteries with me all the time bcoz it's running low quickly.

Good, happy with product. Like others say the straps are a little too flexible and will need to be replaced often, it does like others say have issues in syncing with mobile and smartphone apps, it drops out often, must be linked with a Polar chest strap H7 to get the best results, and then data uploaded to online account. So far no issues. I have the strap also. Would like to see how it works with the Polar scales included to analyze more data. Would recommend.

Excellent piece of kit. Connects to Polar "flow", so you have online diary to check and follow your progress and where you are at with your fitness & training.

Has a body strap connecting heart rate monitor to the watch which is not evident & is very irritating.
