This keyboard is an excellent investment. It has excellent battery life and good protection but I am not sure I would just toss it in bag without protection. This case is awesome and puts your mind at ease while on the road.

Works great, not just for this keyboard, but many others along this line. Travel made easy with this case, no worry I'm going to bend, or loose buttons. When I get to the hotel, I like having a keyboard, and move away from my laptop connected to the hotel TV.
