This diffuser is less than a year old and the light is now coming on randomly in the middle of the night. Can this be fixed somehow?

This thing is a waste of money. I’m on my 2nd diffuser. Both are defective in different ways. For the price, I expect better quality.

Is the diffuser dual voltage? Aka, can I use it in the uk without a trasformer?

The diffuser uses a USB plug. You can use it with any wall adapter you want. If you can charge your phone in the UK, you can use this diffuser in the UK.

There are identical looking diffusers for $30. Why is this so expensive?

Quality, longevity, customer service, just to name a few. The heaviness of the ceramic keeps it from being wobbly on my dresser (therefore, no spills). I’m on my second one, had the first over a year (can’t say the same for less expensive ones I’ve tried). And their Customer Service is second to none, you actually get to speak to a live person (I had an issue with my first one, turns out it was me, not the diffuser, but they were so patient and accommodating with me, which I appreciate). I started out with the less expensive ones, which I guess a lot of people do, but once you’re done playing with those, this is the real deal, and it’s a pleasure not to have to “think” about it, because I know it’s always working.
