The aaa batteries arrived quickly and were pre-charged so I was able to use them straight away. I used them to replace some old NiMh batteries in a cordless phone - they are working perfectly and recharge normally in the phone on the charger stand. They are much higher capacity than the one's that I replaced so the phone now lasts for longer between charges. Excellent product - thanks

Great batteries that go on and on after charging

I could've added a picture of them in a charger - but what use is that?This is the 3rd set of batteries like this that I've ordered (it's Christmas - we suddenly need more), and I would recommend them without question.As others have mentioned, the batteries arrive partially charged. Personally, I've not charged them up to full before use, but have drained them before charging to the max. If you buy one of the sets that come with a charger, this is a simple USB connected device so can be plugged in just about anywhere. I've stuck mine onto the USB port that's on the back of my Sky box - because it wasn't being used for anything, and means that the charger is within sight so I can see when they're full!As with just about all rechargeable batteries, they're rated at 1.2V, not 1.5V. If you have something that just will not work when you put these batteries in - but works fine if you put in a disposable one - then don't blame these as being "faulty" or "duff". It may be that the specific device requires a steady 0.3V per battery to work correctly!Contrary to popular belief you CAN buy rechargeable 1.5V - but these are Lithium-Ion ones, and are a little more expensive, plus need their dedicated charger due to the voltage mismatch.Unlike some cheaper versions that claim to have a similar power to them, I'd have to say that these do what it says on the label. I've had some of the cheaper ones before, placed them into my LED Lenser torch, and have barely been able to see across the road to the opposite footpath. These not only light up the opposite footpath but the houses opposite, and into their back gardens too!I would strongly recommend these batteries to anyone that wants to save money.We've used one set in my remote for Sky, and one in my wife's. They died at around about the same time, but whereas we'd have to buy another set if we'd continued with the standard set (some posh ones too - like a copper top...) we'd end up worse off within a year. It's not a difficult choice to make.Buy these, save yourself some cash, and help save our Planet too.What's not to like about that?

I ordered these EBL AAA rechargeable batteries for my parents as an upgrade to the batteries included in the handsets of their cordless telephone system which discharged very quickly.These batteries are rated 1100mAh and were received in a sturdy storage case with almost a full charge.Since fitting these new batteries the phone battery level hardly drops (even after an hour on the phone) and there is no dropping out of sound.At only £5.94 (with a further 10% off voucher available), these are great value for money as well as ensuring there is a usable handset available should there be a need to make an emergency phone call.

I always use EBL rechargeable batteries as I have found them to be very reliable, easy to recharge (especially using the EBL charger) and they last much longer than many others that I have tried.

I’ve been using these batteries for some time in my smart thermostat valves and multiple kids toys. They last a decent amount of time and charge well.They do appear to have a slightly stumpy positive end that does not fit well with some equipment however and they may be ever so slightly fatter than other batteries so not ideal for all needs. Recommend checking for your use cases as they may not be fit for purpose
