Hi never used one of these before how do you regulate the air gas mixture do you just loosen the metel sleave or slide it to vent more or less air !

You need to buy a gas regulater from the same firm as you got the stove from.They are not expensive.Then you just assemble the stove (5minutes) switch on the gas and light.Silmple.If you prefer to phone me my number is 07967866943.

I am purchasing the burner and the propane regulator? I hope I can work this out because it seems confusing. Where can i buy the propane?

You can buy propane anywhere it's in the red bottle even Morriston sell it and it does not freeze up in cold weather.I myself have used mine up my allotment this morning and it was -3.The regulater is set to run propane.Just assemble the burner pipe and regulated and light it.Its that simple , brilliant piece of kit.
