Use it whenever I'm in the US. Works in whichever state I'm in. No issues with call connection or speed of data whether I'm in Florida or California, affordable, just pop in any device...easy fit. Great call quality

If I could not give any stars I wouldn’t have but it does not work for simple mobile I’ve called many many times to see what was wrong and they just keep telling me that it’s not capable to be activated and that there’s wrong information with the SIM card and I don’t know what that means? Don’t waste your money because you will not get a refund from simple mobile or get a new card you will have to rebuy a whole new card.

This was for my new Samsung Galaxy Phone, easy to use, or just watch the video that came with instructions, works great & SUPER AFFORDABLE!!!!! Will buy again!!

We installed it and then decided to go with another company but it was easy to install and uninstall

ROUND FOUR,On a live chat, the agent changed my rate to my request, BUT discarded the monthly bill I had JUST paid, then charged me for another month. I paid twice for the same month after getting overcharged for 3 months.You will be overcharged.You will be ignored.I sighed up with a different provider on another phone getting the same service that Simple promised but at less than half the price !My previous complaint;Setting up on new phone was rocky but connected.The Android app installed but is defective, in they're own words when I had the "chat" with "support". When I had to change my plan, they told me they did it online, but , checking later, I found she did NOT. She just turned OFF my auto pay, and charged me the same amount I JUST asked to change. NOT friendly, not even affective, I have NO trust for this company any more.I had to "chat" with them on their app three different times and they STILL didn't fix their overcharging me.Checking their add I noticed the promise of a free month if using auto pay. That is a lie. I followed their directions, and they failed.

This looked like a Simple Mobile kit but inside there was a Verizon SIM card, which obviously didn't work when trying to set it up as it wasn't recognized by Simple Mobile so it was completely useless. We couldn't use it with Verizon either, we tried. This might be only $1 but you'll waste time and end up having to buy another SIM card. Save yourself the hassle.
