I bought this for my daughter, who loves drawing, and it's been a lovely little book to work through together. The step-by-step instructions are simple enough for children to follow without becoming frustrated, and there are plenty of different things to draw. It's a fun way to build confidence as they practise.

The instructions are easy enough for him to follow, and he’s gained a lot of confidence in his drawing skills since he started using it. The book is packed with a variety of things to draw, ensuring there’s something fun and exciting for every young artist to try. Got this for 5 year old who loves drawing. This book is huge, much bigger than we expected, lots of different pictures to practise and there is empty areas on the page to complete your drawing so you don't always need a separate pad. Really easy to follow along and has been a great source f entertainment.

I got this for my grandson who was turning 5. He loves it and so does his mum and dad! Apparently it's really easy to follow, even at 5 years old. Hopefully it helps him improve his penmanship a little. Great purchase.

This book has been such a great addition to our house. It breaks drawings down into really simple steps, which has been perfect for my kids and helped them feel confident instead of frustrated. There’s a huge variety of things to draw, so it doesn’t feel repetitive and they can flip to a page and get started pretty quickly on their own. We’ve used it a lot during quiet time and it’s been nice to see them actually stick with it. Some of the drawings are easier than others, so younger kids might need a little help at first, but overall it’s very approachable. If you’re looking for something creative that encourages kids to practice drawing without pressure, this has been a great choice for us!

I LOVE this book! It starts off VERY simple and slowly works up to more difficult drawings. It's very accessible, super fun, and hours of craft time. Sadly my niece wasn't a huge fan because she prefers to just GO WILD with her crafts (this is by no fault of the book), but I (the adult) really love it and have benefitted from it. I think kids who like to sit and draw would be thrilled with this.

I love this book. I got it for my kiddo during the summer break, I would say it was easy for him to draw.

I was so disappointed there were so many very similar items, like a dinosaur, baby dinosaurs, kid dinosaurs, sitting dinosaurs sleeping dinosaurs, and now imagine 5-6 types of dinosaurs like that ... I expected much more from that book. the items are not for kids of 4 it is for sure as well. Nearly every part of book has the same problem.

Great for kids learning to draw. Bought it for a 4.5 year old who was upset that someone told her she couldn’t draw! It’s given her different ways of drawing her favorite things! It has been well loved for a few years and will be used by her sister. She could spend hours and days drawing and coloring. Will buy a more advanced book, and hoping it will be similar!
