Very satisfied with Customer Service. The lids fit Bormioli Quattro Mason Jars Perfectly. One of my weights arrived damaged and the Seller was kind enough to refund my entire purchase. I would have been fully satisfied with just that weight being replaced to be honest. Can't beat that level of service. Also they acted very quickly once I informed them. I recommend 100%.

so.. id love to say these are the best thing ever.. but.. the lids seem to be i dont know they seem to leak or not seal just perfect.. maybe just a mm or 2 too big or soemthing.. they have holes in the top which is great.. but almost would be better if there were rings (or they just let you use BALL Rings) and they had glass or plastic lids that had the holes in them not sure..they work. and the glass weights and the airlocks are good.. but had some issues with sealing them.

Works great for fermenting kraut to kimchi.

I wasn't thinking and tossed everything in the boiling pot to sterilize, bad idea. The airlocks melted into a weird shape and they don't work anymore. Luckily, I only ruined 3 airlocks. The ones I didn't melt work perfectly.

This product was nice because it had everything in one kit. However, the packaging of the glass weights was terrible. They slid around into each other, and there were giant chips of glass in the packaging. This rendered two Glass Weights unusable.

I was excited to get the package. I've been fermenting for 6 months and have had one batch of cabbage fail. I looked deeper into the why and discovered three things. 1) Too much bad bacteria, I was not as clean prepping as I needed to be. I inadvertently introduced bad bacteria by not being clean enough. 2) A big issue. I allowed outside air in. That was the most likely failure of my ferment. I had just put on a loose lid and it blew up, I guess it was to tight. It allowed bad air in. 3) Weight on the fermenting cabbage. I really did not understand how important this was. You have to use a large leaf of cabbage to hold your mix in place but more importantly you need to keep your veggies covered in the brine. You need weight. This was my true point of failure. I had stuff sticking up into contaminated air and it started to rot and mold. It was like loosing a friend tossing out my first ferment. This set has solved all my issues (except cleanliness) in one package. I have set 3 new ferments since receiving this and they all look very happy. I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this to anyone trying to regain a healthy gut. Since adding fermented foods to my diet I've gone from eating tummy chewables by the jar, to a happy digestive system. It's been amazing. What are you waiting for?

These are horrible. I am unable to use them!!!! There is no jars these will fit!!! Why would you make something that is not universal for the jars you have!!???

Very difficult to find jars (which are not included) that fit with the lids. I am still looking for them and also there is no instruction about the diameter of the jar opening to make it easier to find them. Beware.

I should've read the description more carefully, as well as some comments, because the glass jars shown in the picture aren't included which is misleading. I couldn't see anywhere where it was expressly said that the jars weren't included, but rather in one of the images it lists the 28 pieces included which is everything else so you have to read between the lines. Disappointing because it's difficult to find jars with the correct sized thread.
