Worked as A Cosmetic Fix
These worked as a cosmetic fix to a hole. More of a temporary fix as they are not hard plastic.

Perfect size cover for junction box, but bad 2 sided tape.
The plastic covers for the junction boxes were perfect. Just the right side to cover a square junction box. The bad thing was the 2 sided 3M tape to secure the plastic cover. The tape was very hard to peel apart. The 3M tape should be replaced with something else.

Works perfect
I had to cover several 4" round holes in some walls after removing air vents. I didn't use the self-stick pads because the plates would stick out too far ... kind of useless to include those. The process: I just used adhesive caulk to attach it to the wall, used blue painters tape on each corner to it'd stay on while it set up overnight. In the morning I removed the tape, used painters caulk around the edges [blend in with finger] to help keep it on as well as help blend it in by eliminating most of the shadow of the edges.I attached 3 photos here ... the first 2 show the process, the 3rd is the plate on the wall after caulking around the edges before sanding, painting it. I then lightly sanded, wiped with damp cloth, used primer, then painted to blend in with the rest of the walls. You can hardly tell they are there unless you look close, or know they are there. I would send a photo after it's painted, but you can't see it; it would just look like a white wall. Thumbs up on these ... they saved me a lot of time!

as described.
They worked exactly for my needs, but they are very thin and. Other than that they fit my needs.

Just eh.
I was not impressed with these at all. They are very flimsy and they crack easily. They did however cover the hole in the wall from the doorknob.

covers holes perfect
after a house remodel there were two holes in ceiling that needed covering. bought several products that didn't work. I needed something flat. This worked perfect. I didn't use the foam pads, it stuck out too far form ceiling so I glued with a vinyl glue.they matched the ceiling color and are nearly invisible.

Worked good for my purposes
I used these to cover several holes left after removing old intercoms speakers. While not perfect, they look a lot better than the speakers and they are flat, which allows a frame to be hung over the repaired area.

Blends in
Looks good on my wall. I'm using it for an old opening for faucet
