Poor quality
Not impressed with this set, poor quality

I expected it to at least come in a box with a photo of the train on the outside!
I bought this as a birthday present, but as it didn’t even come packaged in a box, I now feel too embarrassed to give it as a gift. It is packaged in a see through plastic bag and the instructions to build the model are on a piece of photo copied paper. I should have read the small print!!

cant relly comment on it as I have not built it yet but the moulding looks okay for the age of the original kit,for the price I dont expect it to be perfect.

A quality model.
Don't be put off by the bag packaging.An excellent quality model with tons of minute detail.Bought as a gift for my old Dad.His eyes lit up when he saw it because these used to run by his house as a kid.

Poor Quality
The quality of the moulds are extremely poor. Parts barely fit together and were heavily warped with incredibly large amounts of mould flashing. This was not a fun time to construct.
