Good kit apart from the missing wheel.
I brought this kit about a month ago & I've only just gotten round to building it. I was having a fab time until I realised one of the wheels was missing! The kit is easy to assemble & of a good detailed standard, just a shame about the missing part... I will email Dapol to see what they can do, but if it wasn't for the missing part it would have been 5 stars. EDIT: I contacted Dapol & they sent a replacement kit! Changed from 3 to 5 stars. Although now I have a kit less a wheel haha! Thinking of doing some experimental kitbasing...

Haven't assembled yet but cut out and mouldings appear good

OK but instructions are very blurred.
Just bought it - not started it yet - all seemed ok but the printed instruction sheet is very blurred.Contacted Dapol and they emailed a copy but an ever clearer one can be found online.

evening star loco kit
i am really pleased with this kit. it arrived before the specified date it is really well made and i am looking forward to building it..i used to build these kits when i was very young and find it very relaxing

Very Disappointed.
Opened the bag to start and I have taken the kit out, there are parts that are broken and mis-shaped to the point they are unusable and then half of the main engine piece is not even included, also there is no decal sheet. VERY disappointed..
