I have used many different mouses over last 20 years, at work and privately. There were some good, bad and average. My last and previous one was the worst. Single clicks were sticky making it double, very annoying and I truly hated it. One day I noticed vertical mouse on a desk. Its user was very happy with it, so I thought I will give it a go. Did some search online and found CSL's one. Price was acceptable, not too cheap and not too expensive, if it was rubbish, I would cry. When it arrived, I unpacked it and began using it. My God, what a thing! It is so easy to use, precise and extremely comfortable. It fits a hand perfectly and I can't stop holding it! It has three extra buttons, two for moving pages forth and back and the third one but ... don't know what it does yet :) Scroll is very good with option to press it, which allows to move a page with sliders up, down and sideways without pressing or holding any button. Very useful, especially in Excel. It also has a lovely blue light on its left side :) Honestly, I'm not exaggerating, IT IS THE BEST mouse I have ever used. I'm loving it and recommend it to everyone. I bet most people will never use anything else once tried this one. But of course, some may not like it, as is with everything else. It works for me beautifully, so it may for you to :)

I get tendinitis/RSI across the whole back of my hand which causes me to loose flexibility in my wrist and hand for weeks. This meant I couldn't use the hand properly, couldn't lean on it, open doors, hold the steering wheel etc etc. To try and fix this I got this mouse, a padded mousemat, and also a wrist rest for the keyboard to change the position of my hands from 'the claw' position. [...] The combination of the three has worked and my hands are much better. I LOVE this mouse, it's really easy to use, I got used to it straight away. My right hand was much worse than my left, so it wasn't just the typing, I was 'clawing' my hand when I used a normal mouse and especially a trackpad trackpad as well. Everyone should get this mouse, regardless as to whether you have tendinitis or not. It is a much better position for your hand, much more natural, and much more comfortable. Bear in mind it is right handed! I'm sure there is a left handed option but just keep that in mind when you buy one. Functionally, it works really well, very responsive, doesn't feel cheap or anything, is a nice material.

Picked up for heavy continuous gaming and office work on a static desktop station. Material is grippy, mouse is not too heavy. The M1 & 2 buttons work well with both a slack and closed grip. There is plenty of room to be adjusting your hold on the thing. This is an ergonomic vertical mouse so of course it is tilted, and enough to reduce torsion of your forearm and keep the flat of your wrist from being compressed. Combine it with a wrist supporting mouse mat and you have a very comfortable set up for prolonged use. Minor cons involved the mousewheel click (slightly awkward but is easing with repetition) and the additional buttons on the thumb side, one of which I press accidentally sometimes. Other than that I have no complaints. This seems like a very good mouse, especially for the price. I have only had it for a week though. If you have no intention of spending a large amount on a vertical mouse but like the idea then this is worth a go.

I've used a Logitech trackball for years but found recently that my thumb was becoming very painful and decided to try this one. Like others, I wasn't sure it would suit so bought the cheapest version, but I can honestly say I don't see why anyone would need to pay more. The matt surface is very comfortable, the blue strip stylish and the position extremely comfortable. As a transcriber I worried it would slow me down, but it only took a little while to get used to it. I find it plenty sensitive enough for my work, and I only need about six square inches of space for it to zip across two screens. I received a polite and professional email with the invoice attached, and wrote back to ask if they had a left-handed version for my partner. They don't do one, but took the trouble to reply with a link to similar left-handed product on Amazon, which I thought was great customer service. Unfortunately the left-handed product is three times the price, so come on, CSL get some left-handed ones in stock! Update Feb 2020 - I have used this mouse constantly since I bought it, and only now is one of the buttons getting a bit sticky. I was shocked when I looked back to see how long ago I bought it and how well it's performed. It's been totally reliable, very comfortable and the thumb pain disappeared and never came back. I wouldn't think of paying over the odds for other brands when this is so good, so I've just ordered a new one.

My work colleague found this mouse perfect for work and easy to use.

I've had this for about a week so here are my thoughts: It obviously takes a couple of days to get used to. Instead of putting your hand down on the mouse you adjust to swiping it from the side. It sits forward in your fingers instead of your palm. So instead of rocking your palm and pressing down on buttons you sort of grab buttons between your fingers and thumb (like a sideways hand puppet, sorry, can't think of a better example). Ultimately this means less stress as I've found my thumb muscle exerts force in addition to my fingers. The shark fin profile and blue light on the side look cool. The L, R & scroll wheel are absolutely fine and intelligently placed. The 3rd button (pressing on scroll wheel) is rather tricky, more so than a conventional mouse. The inside buttons navigate forward and back through your internet pages (not tabs). The back one is conveniently located but the forward one is tricky and I tend not to use it. The button on the top changes the cursor speed between fast and very fast. I have over 20 years of relentless excel and powerpoint usage and as such my index finger and forearm can be quite painful these days using a mouse. This has made a pretty big difference in just a week; the illustration of twisted forearm muscles/tendons actually makes a lot of sense having used it for a while. Not a doctor but that is my subjective experience. I without reservation I advise anyone and everyone to buy one as soon as possible, it is that good. Good service too. Fast delivery. Genuinely polite follow up email to see if I was happy.

This mouse was so good I bought it twice, after the first one went to my second PC. Pros: Very functional in terms of what it's meant to do. Easy to use. Very comfortable, both ergonomically, and the texture of the mouse Sensitive mouse that responds well. Good enough cable length for more situations Very good value for money. Clicks are satisfying and accurate. Looks great Cons The material of the mouse can get sticky if you're not careful and use it with oily hands. So, keep your hands clean and the mouse will feel great. Otherwise it can get sticky and doesn't actually clean very well. This is because of the material. Might have been nice if the side light was LED and could be changed, but sadly it's just blue and cannot be turned off.

It's the second one I bought for my work. Excellent design. It really helped to heal my pain in the arm/shoulder. You don't tense when holding it like other mouses. Excellent quality too!!
