Great, but remember to bend them.
The listing on amazon has instructions, but they are easy to miss. When the ears first arrive they are flat awkward triangles. You need to bend the internal wire to get them into the acute triangle shape and add curve. Once that's done they work well.

The media could not be loaded. Really nice and exactly as advertised! Metal clips are at the bottom of the ears and you can actually curve the ears a bit to define them a bit more
