Q: What is the best way to remove from clothing? Wash, hand wash, right after use?

First, shake off as much as you can before you wash. Once it gets wet, that is when the color could set in. But if you shake of the excess and wash by itself (I did mine in my washer/dryer) the colors should not set in. Still, wear clothes that you wouldn't mind having color on just in case.

Q: Is this package enough for a color run with 50-75 runners?

No, you might want to get two to be safe.

Q: how is the powder released? in squirt guns? popping balloons?

I used something like squirt guns, it was all one peice and you drew back a rod and I sucked in the powder so when you pushed the rod back in it squirted it out

Q: how do you throw or play with the powder? Just pass a bag around or make smaller bags for each kid or??

we did several things in handling the powder. First we put some in individual bags for the kids to throw by grabbing the corner and slinging. You can also put in in dixie cups and throw it. I had some empty fire extingushers that we put it in to. The key is to keep it dry. If the bags are open and hunidity gets to the poweder it will by clumpy and not make a cloud. Good Luck!
