A Must Have For Baking, Roasting, Reheating
I love these. Having a roll of parchment paper is nice, but I'm really good at tearing it or making it the wrong size. These sheets perfectly the smallest pan I have and can two sheets can be used for larger ones. I was kinda iffy at first. Then I pulled the first sheet out, placed it on the try and there's no need to cut of excess or leave it hanging over. These have a higher heat rating than the rolls I usually use too. I'm a fan.

I bake a lot, so I’d like to put this down and bake my cookies with it and I don’t have that mask to scour the cookie sheets

Perfect for chocolate covered pretzel drying and cookie decorating base
I loved these for when making chocolate covered pretzels. Great quality and pretzels peel off nicely. They also work well for laying down on table as a base for frosting cookies. When I roll off the parchment paper from a rolled box format I am constantly fighting the corners rolling up. These lay so nice and flat. Highly recommend!!

Bake To Unwrinkled Middle Fold
These are very nice and easy to use. To unwrinkled the fold in the middle, place the stack of parchment paper between 2 cookie sheets and bake at 300F for about 20 minutes or so. Then turn off the oven and leave until completely cooled. The sheets will be completely flat and ready to use.
