Must have product
I've been cycling consistently for the past couple of months now and the difference when I use the recovery and when I don't is night and day. I make sure I have it as soon as I get home from a ride and it really helps the body with aching and feeling stiff, meaning I can get out the following day when weather allows. I love the chocolate flavour.

Misleading title - is NOT whey protein
First of all just to note that the title by the seller is misleading - this contains soy protein, NOT whey protein as listed. This is misldeading and should be corrected.But the product itself is very good. It mixes well/easiily without clumping, is nice and thick, and tastes good. Contains a good spread of vitamins as well as a good carb/protein ratio for recovery. Great product.

One of the best supplements out there
I mostly use Rego Recovery after long runs. The difference between when I do and when I do not use it is so obvious. When I use Rego, I wake up the following morning feeling fresh, strong and raring to go, as I would feel when I rest up for 3 or more days

Taste like an adult Nesquick, good chocolate flavour and dissolves well into water.I’m starting to look forward to drinking this after a run, more like a treat!Packaging is sturdy and it comes with a scoop.I think I’ve felt better the next day, but it’s hard to say for sure.I recommend.

Perfetto dopo aver praticato attività fisica, per recuperare e sviluppare i muscolo.Per me che sono intollerante al lattosio è perfetto, in quanto non ne contiene, e non mi fa stare male.Il sapore è nella norma.Ottimo prodotto consiglio a tutti l'acquisto
