We recieved the item,as we unpacked the mobile phone n started using it, immediately we found that it's speaker was not working n initiated through Amazon App for 'Replacement or Return'. As the seller did not have stock, App showed only return n refund is possible, that too will be processed once technician checks n confirms.Technician came, checked n confirmed that the problem with the handset is genuine, n said it will be taken back within a week.Today it's more than a week and nobody has responded to it. When I call the technician he doesn't pick my call and when is called from another number he picked and said will check and confirm. Now he is not picking the call from same number n keep blocking all numbers through which I called n spoke with him.Very pathetic service

i own realme gt neo 2 the display of the realme is so bright and vibrant, far better than this NP 2 tbh NP2 display colors seem like washed out idk, i even replaced the phone thinking it'll be different but its the same issue with the new one , seems like a color range issue..

The media could not be loaded. The camera and processor of this phone is one of the best in class.it even competes with a few phones of higher price range and this storage of 512 gb is enough for all the daily purpose works along with photography/videography.a few drawbacks of this phone is that sometimes there is a lag to process the taken photo, potrait feels a little bit artificial and night photography in dark is kind of ok ok.the range of connectivity is ok.charging speed is not exactly 55 min it takes an hour maybe 1hr 10min but it's okay.glyph lights are best for persons who need avoid distractions and the user interface posses minimal distraction for the user.another best thing is that you can customise most of your home screen,lock screen, pop-up menu etc.,. nothing OS is something unique in the market.hats off CEO of nothing for making this.even the phone looks more similar to phone 1,it's got even much better features for the price including reverse wireless charging.the build quality is also good.overall performance in every aspect is good for the price in which I bought it...
