The pencil doesn’t stay on and very hard to get any on to the underside of the nail.

Excellent!
Was hunting for a white nail pencil for a while This item arrived on time through my mailbox and I got a pencil sharpener as well as a freebie (who doesn’t love a freebie hey?!) The quality is excellent and I will be re-ordering! (I ordered 2 pencils btw and I am very happy I did)
