Good product but it's not 400mls.It's stated on the beaker 300mls.

Hit and miss.Hit -- The mug part feels sturdy. The handle is a moulded U shape - possibly hard to clean - and that shape makes it a touch little handle.The side is graduated up to 300 ml - the other 100 to make it 400 ml is the gap from the last mark to the top.Miss - the tops are dangerous. On first use the lifting tab on one broke off leaving a triangular sharp edge that I cut myself on!.The holes in either top are not for any soup but a thin broth - OK for tea and soft drinks/juice.The mug is pretty thick plastic - I have yet to try a hot drink in it but it seems like it could be OK for a short time... once the heat has penetrated the plastic it will be too hot to hold - but the handle will still be cool.I can't honestly say I like it much - If Amazon had half stars it would be 3 1/2 stars.

Good product

The media could not be loaded. Received mug ok and worked fine. After a month the spouted lid became loose and leaked. Unable to use any more as when the mug is tipped the liquid inside the mug pushes the lid off, so dangerous to use. Trying to get a refund for faulty product.
