Am using this for exercise classes as one knee is weak and sometimes gives way. Feels a bit weird to wear initially but makes a huge difference, knee still clicks occasionally but no weakness.Would suggest getting a size up from the measurement if your anywhere near the top of the range as the do seem to be quite tight.

The following is just my personal experience of this product. I have no medical knowledge and I'm unable to advise if this product would work for you. You need to do your own research and come to your own conclusions.I Purchased this to see if it would allow me to ski with a ruptured ACL and meniscus tear while waiting for reconstruction surgery. I was able to ski for the whole week of our holiday and I believe it did help with the ACL rupture. I did have some pain from the meniscus tear and I don't think this item helped with that aspect of the injury. However, by restricting the range of bending of my knee I was able to avoid the region where the meniscus tear caused me pain for most of the time. I wore the item quite a few times leading up to the holiday to 'break it in' and found that during the holiday I could wear it all day with reasonable comfort. I'm not saying this would work for everyone as my injury was several months old and was reasonably stable by time we went on holiday. Also, I want to re-iterate that I don't think this would help significantly with a meniscus tear as I believe the pain from this type of injury is due to downward pressure as the joint rotates past the tear.

Has Cross strapping others do not appear to have this. My wife uses this and loves it. I was worried it might be to tight because the size of her knee was just over the 15 inch limit with the medium support. Some reports say it goes loose over time and the elastic fails to the rear. I cannot comment on this.She says it supports her knee well. It looks and feels well made. It it does go lose as they say after lots of use I will modify it with a another strap because the who thing is so well made. The cross straps allow for a perfect fit top and bottom support over the kneecap. I did not see this on some of the other supports and they pushed the kneecap patella down into the knee. The kneecap slider joint that fist starts to ware over time so this design allows for support without pushing down on it. My wife has a brain injury that does not allow her to flex certain muscles or use them together with her limp her knee has failed and physiotherapy may be difficult to support her knee.

Severe cartilage injury where basically cartilage stapled back on to bone. Since knee never fully recovered and feels unstable when flexed and uncomfortable after running a few metres.Wow! With this knee brace no pain and felt stable. Managed 4 days skiing without even a niggle. Would concur with the seller’s advice to only were for 3-4 hours at a time. I am considering trying running with it.Thanks to this device I got to ski with my children which was a dream come true.

Having suffered knee problems since sustaining a stretched ACL at the age of 17, I experienced knee pain and discomfort for the last 30 years.My knee is particularly susceptible to problems with lateral movement and twisting, which causes pain and discomfort. I wanted something that offered some good level of protection whilst playing badminton and using my cross trainer and this brace helps to protect my knee and offers a level of stability and reassurance that means that I can comfortably exercise without my knee giving out.

Provides excellent support (bought predominately for skiing). But order a larger size than recommended as it comes up small. Amazon were excellent as always at providing a full refund for the size ordered that was too small.

It s not Good for extension, don t block. But for colateral It s Ok.

I sustained a partial ACL rupture, whilst skiing in 1997. It healed without surgery, but was weakened.Skiing since had become painful after a couple of hours.This brace, changed me back into a happier skier this week! Wore it over my thermals. So comfortable and sturdy.😊⛷

Great support during snowboarding

Erg fijne brace denk ik. Maar m bleek te ruim, heb niet veel spiermassa. Helaas geen s verkrijgbaar. Met name kruisbandage lijkt mij erg ondersteunend.

L’ho comprato per la seconda volta e mi sto trovando benissimo. Gioco a pallavolo da 11 anni e in categoria serie D/C con crociato anteriore rotto da 3 anni. Il primo tutore che ho acquistato è durato dal 2021 fino a quest’anno, ho deciso di cambiarlo perchè essendo usurato capitava che si aprisse perciò avevo bisogno di attaccarlo con il nastro adesivo.
