Are the dimensions listed (40cm x 28cm x 8cm) external or internal dimensions? Could you please email me with both sets of dimensions?

These are external measurements (including handles). Internal dimensions are 34cm x 25cm x 7cm. I hope this helps.

If Teflon is so good, how do they get the Teflon sticker to stay on?

Do not buy this item, the handle surfaces oxidise in the dishwasher and the roasting tray covering flakes off and the metal beneath rusts very quickly. You have been warned !!

Is this dishwasher safe?

The coating is dishwasher safe but I've heard it does effect the coating on the silver handles. The non stick on the is so good though it washes even the toughest baked on with so easily. I've cooked joints recently with glazes that have run off and stuck to the pan and baked in for an hour or so, soaked it in soapy water for 5mins and it came up as new with a quick wipe of a sponge... It's a top class pan and a good buy
