CROSSATX - Basalt Ballpoint Pen with Chrome Plated Attributes + Box, Black

Seems great quality don't understand where other comments are coming from. If your hands are sweaty it can be a bit slippery but if you put a small black sticker pad thing on the bottom of it it is hardly noticeable and stops that slipping. However, it doesn't slip unless you literally are soaking wet. The quality seems nice, just a shame I didn't get it engraved. The design looks even cooler in person too. The texture of the brushed metal is really nice and is in nice contrast to the chrome grip. Would defo buy again but would get an engraving.

I made sure I'd read reviews and asked qustions of other buyers before going ahead with the purchase of this pen. I didn't want a slimline pen, or something that is "scratchy" to write with. When I opened the box and picked it up for the first time, it was much lighter than I expected it to be. This is not a criticism, just an observation when compared to the really heavyweight Cross pen I already have. I expected the build quality to be more substantial like the pen I already have. Having said all that, the pen is silky smooth on the paper, and a real pleasure to write with. From a writing experience point of view, the nicest fountain pen I've ever owned. At 35 quid odd this is a no brainer----a bargain must have. Seller was prompt with free delivey too!

The pen looks and feels great. My only disappointment is that it didn't have an ink cartridge with it, and I'd not ordered any cartridges as the description said it came with one. Only a minor gripe, the pen will be great when I get to use it. Arrived in great time too. My refill arrived, and as expected the pen is so good, it writes beautifully!! I love it!!

Love these pens, I have five now all different but all so easy to write with. Beautifully made, balanced and comfortable if like me you write a lot.

Lovely pen, simple design, well made without being too expensive. If I lost it I wouldn't be happy but at least it wouldn't cost the earth to replace. This pen is a really good deal at this price point for.-It's a twist action ballpoint so no annoying clickety, clickety.-Good wide shape in the hand without too much width.-Changing refills is easy. You remove the top half unscrew the refill and put a new one in it's place. Quite secure.-Fits penloops from Leuchttrum1917 perfectly incase you want to attach it to a notebook.

Really pretty pen and writes well, but the cap keeps falling off in my bag. After a couple of months of infrequent use, the barrel has got quite chipped. I still love the pen and it's beautifully weighted, but If you're thinking of buying this, buy a protective case to keep it in.

A disaster of a pen. I am unable to write a whole sentence without it having missing letters or words due to poor ink flow. Initially I tried cartridges, then moved to the ink converter & bottled ink. This improved the ink flow slightly but not enough to be able to use the pen on a daily basis. I've followed the instructions on forums & the company website - but to no avail. The ink simply does not flow properly ie the pen does not work.Very poor quality for the price paid. I wish I'd returned the pen as soon as the problem started (day 2 of owning it), rather than struggle with new cartridges/ink converter & ink - it really isn't worth the effort.

I really love using this pen for daily usage in office. Inspite of the fact that I write very fast, I am happy with this instrument. It has helped me reduce the speed of writing and I still don't miss any important note.I was asked by my colleague to order one for him as well...

Lo compré para hacer un regalo, y es perfecto, viene con un estuche de cross grande y de madera, por lo que además de la caja de carton del envío, hace que sea imposible que se rompa el bolígrafo. Escribe genial y es muy ligero, pero sobre todo es elegante. Lo volvería a comprar!
