Bought a number of times and I think it us worth having these extra supplements after a certain age.

Have been taking collagen for a year to help with joint pain, switched to this as had good reviews but don’t think it’s as effective as the type I was using previously.

I can't stand powder and any drinks so I've tried those pills. Huge in size. No difference whatsoever after finishing them. 🤷. But it's could be only me.

Good value product that I have taken for 18m now and I get compliments on young looking skin for my age. I looked in stroes before buying on Amazon and this was a good price. Set up on subscribe so I never run out.
